Terms of Service for InteractivePlotMaps

Thank you for using InteractivePlotMaps (“the Add-on”), a Google Sheets Add-on developed by Agsci LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Add-on.

1. Use of the Add-on

You may use InteractivePlotMaps solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Add-on in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on.

• Use the Add-on to infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the Google Sheets platform.

2. Access to Google Services

InteractivePlotMaps may request access to certain Google Sheets data to function properly. All data access is limited to your spreadsheet context and is never transmitted to external servers, stored, or shared.

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

InteractivePlotMaps and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Agsci LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Add-on without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

InteractivePlotMaps is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agsci LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use InteractivePlotMaps.

6. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Add-on after updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to InteractivePlotMaps at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason.
